We use your uploads only to run your analysis and deliver your report. Nothing is hidden in fine print.
What we do
- Process your video, images, or documents only for your analysis and your report.
- Store your analysis results in your account so you can access them and export PDFs.
- Keep an audit trail (input/output hash, model version, timestamp) so results are verifiable for compliance.
- Retain data only as needed to serve your account and your analyses.
What we do not do
- We do not use your footage, images, or PDFs to train or improve our AI models.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or model training.
- We do not use your vessel or company information for training purposes.
If we ever change this
If we ever wanted to use customer data to train or improve our AI, we would ask for your explicit consent, explain clearly what we would use and why, and give you a simple way to say no. We would not hide it in terms or small print.
