Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Hullproof ("the Service"), operated by Haukerede Holding AS (org.nr. registered in Norway), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Hullproof is a software platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze hull inspection video and produce structured reports. The Service includes video upload, AI analysis, PDF report generation, fleet management tools, and related features available through www.hullproof.com.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and payment

The Service is offered in subscription tiers (Trial, Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our models or algorithms
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission
• Exceed your plan's analysis limits through automated means

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the video, images, and data you upload ("Your Content"). We do not use Your Content to train AI models. We process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.

7. AI-generated output

Reports and analysis produced by Hullproof are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute professional marine surveyor advice, class inspection, or regulatory certification. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all results before making operational decisions.

8. Intellectual property

Hullproof, including its software, design, documentation, and AI models, is owned by Haukerede Holding AS. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hullproof and Haukerede Holding AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that AI analysis will detect all hull conditions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain Your Content for 30 days after termination to allow data export, then delete it.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of Aust-Agder district, Norway.
